Book Club

Book Club meets the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. Books are selected several months in advance giving members an opportunity to find the book at a library.

Chat and Deal

We meet at the home of Nina Sanders to play cards on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 1:00 pm, also if there is a fifth Tuesday. On December 3rd, we will meet at 12:30 for a Holiday luncheon. Please RSVP to this meeting as we will have the tables set. After the luncheon we will play a quick hand of cards.

Foodies

Foodies is for anyone who enjoys sharing good food, cooking or trying interesting restaurants. Meetings will rotate between members homes, restaurants, bars etc. We will meet the first Wednesday of each month OR whenever the chance for a great food experience pops up!

Gamers

We meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at a members home or the pavilion, to play fun social games such as Mexican Train, Rummikub, Yahtzee and more.

Line Dancing

We meet every Monday evening at the Pavilion!!
We currently start at 6:30.

Lunch Bunch

Once a month lunch outing to great places trying new restaurants -- but mostly, getting to know many of this amazing group of adventurous, fun-loving gals! 3rd Thursday, 11:45 am. Oct. 17, Nov. 21, Dec. 19, Jan. 16, Feb. 20, March 20, April 17, May 15.

Pickleball

The Pickleball circle is open to any member of BLOSOMS regardless of skill level. We are a friendly community and willing to help others learn the world's fastest growing sport. We have plenty of paddles to borrow/try if needed... Just wear some kind of court/tennis shoe and bring water. We play on the Miramont Subdivision courts and there is an annual court fee of $100, with the year starting on January 1. The court fee after July 1, is $50.

We play on Saturday mornings at 9:00, but that will change to 10:00 after the time changes.

Show Girls

The Show Girls circle includes members who enjoy attending Live Theatre, but could include seeing a Movie together, or another kind of production. Guests are also welcome to join us! We have enjoyed the shows at both City Springs (Sandy Springs) and Aurora (Lawrenceville) theatres, so have adopted their show schedules and because of that, we are able to take advantage of the season ticket pricing. We choose a date to attend together, and usually meet for dinner prior to the show.

Stitch Hook Weave

We meet once a month in a member's home from 3:00 to 4:30. Bring your own craft: knitting, crochet, weaving, embroidery, etc. and enjoy each others' company while we stitch. This is an easy circle to host with no snacks or drinks required. Come be inspired or just have fun!

Supper Club

Supper Club members meet once a month (generally for dinner) at someone's home or a local restaurant. At the beginning of each month, Members receive an email with their group for the month, and one person is randomly selected as the leader for that one month. Leaders only organize the dinner, they don't have to host the dinner (but they could). Suppers include couples (BLOSOMS member and husband or SIG/Other), and singles. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors.

Wanderers

If you like a little adventure near or far from home, come join the Wanderers! We usually wander around Georgia once a month, but have known to venture further out over night, and even plan a few Wanderings even further away. Our Wandering trips are usually a one day - day trip and have included things such as Museums or Exhibits, Lunch in a fancy spot, tubing in North Georgia, visits to Fall Festival type events, even local tourist attractions. We are open to suggestions and everyone is welcome!

We greet new Berkeley Lake neighbors when they move in, providing them with information and some goodies.
